determining a price
for a house is the Comparable Market Analysis (CMA).
A CMA will show
exactly what properties that are similar to your house
have sold for within a
recent time frame. These analyses are based on
fact, rather than opinion,
and that information will always be of more
value to you.

Working with Buyers
1. The way I usually work is that I do a
broad search with your criteria in
mind and then I send you the
listings.
2. From there you chose 5-8 listings that
you like the most and I start
booking the appointments for you. We
usually start with 3-4 of your
favourites in one day (depending on your
time schedule).
3. I continuously do a daily search and
send you anything interesting that
I find. So you are the first to see
the new listing on the market.
4. If you find something you like on your
own, you let me know and I book
the appointment for you and we go
together. The reason for this is that it
helps me know exactly what you
are looking for, but more importantly, I see
what is really crucial to
mention in the offer if we write up a promise to
purchase. I am here to
protect you legally and negotiate the best deal that
I can.
